Foot soak contains: Epsom salts, bicarbonate soda, lavender essential oils, oil of wintergreen essential oil, eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils, rosemary.

pop a spoon or two into your foot spa or tub of warm water, mix in and soak.

We also make bath muscle soak and muscle balm with same essential oils. Use the soak then rub on the balm for best results. The balm can also be used on feet.
