For tired aching muscles, inflammation, arthritis and general aches and pains.

Contains: coconut oil, bees wax, oil of wintergreen essential oil, lavender essential oil, eucalyptus essential oils, rosemary and peppermint, ginger, cayenne pepper.

rub on area that is sore until it is rubbed in well.

please avoid face and sensitive areas. Do not use internally or orally or get in your eyes.

wash hands thoroughly after applying.

for best results, soak in our muscle or foot soak before applying the balm. Or balm can be used on its own anytime.
